Sex Therapy
Welcome to a space where explore how to turn sexual problems into sexual opportunities. Discover what sex therapy can offer.
It is natural that, at some point in our lives, we all experience difficulties in our relationships and sexuality. Just as our interests, careers, friends, and bodies change, so do our sexual and relational needs. Sometimes, these changes can be subtle, making it difficult to pinpoint what has shifted. Other times, we may notice changes in response to a new partner, illness, questions about our sexuality and gender, aging, birth, parenthood, menopause, or previous trauma. This is because our sexual selves and relationships naturally evolve alongside us and are sensitive to our wider context. As difficult as these changes may be, could they also be an invitation to explore what more is there for us?

In my therapeutic approach, I focus on helping clients reconnect with their sexual selves and their bodies. When addressing sexual difficulties, I often guide my clients to explore the question, “What does my body need that it’s not getting?”. My style is rooted in sex and body positivity, and I use an integrative biopsychosocial approach to psychosexual therapy, considering the psychological, biological, social, and relational influences on our sexual function.
I’m a COSRT registered, kink-affirmative psychosexual and relationship therapist, and I work with a variety of relationship styles. I believe that sex and intimacy, when nurtured and attended to, can provide us with a unique space for self-expression, play, empowerment, creativity, and connection.
Most importantly, I believe that clients’ sense of safety is of the greatest importance to our therapeutic work. This is why I invite new clients to book a free 20-minute video consultation where we get the chance to meet, introduce each other, and answer any questions. Sometimes it takes time to find the right therapist that you will feel comfortable to talk to. I wish for my clients to get a sense for the space and for me as a therapist before committing to any sessions. You will have the opportunity to step away and reflect on how you felt before deciding whether you would like to engage in therapy with me.
